LED Retrofit at Brigham Park
Brighman Park is residential complex of cooperative apartments located in Brooklyn, New York. It was established in 1954 as a cooperative, Brigham Park IV contains a total of 324 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in 6 different 6-story buildings. It is conveniently located between the fine residential communities of Sheephead Bay and Marine Park.
DVM Industries performed the replacement of existing exterior and interior lighting of two residential building in Brigham Park in Brooklyn, New York.
The project consisted in: Retroffitting existing fluorescent T8, Flood Lights, Panels and A lamps with LED Technology and applying for utility incentives to offset project costs.
