DVM Industries performed the replacement of existing exterior and interior lighting. The project consisted in: Replaced existing stairwell fixtures. Retrofitting Fluorescent T8 Lamps with LED T8 Luminaires. Upgrade Metal-Halide fixtures with LED Technology. Upgrade parking garage fixtures with daylilght and occupancy controls. Apply for utility rebates.
