Dina Silvestri
President
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of DVM Industries, brings over 24 years of experience in engineering, construction, and energy management. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he began his career specializing in backup power and energy systems for mission-critical operations. In the private sector, he has led large-scale infrastructure and energy efficiency projects, including work for major financial institutions and national EV charging initiatives. Today, he oversees DVM’s operations nationwide, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and innovation across all divisions.
Matthew Silvestri
Chief Operating Officer
Co-Founder of DVM Industries, brings over 12 years of experience in engineering, construction, facility management, and energy management. Before founding DVM, he served as Director of Business Development for a multinational engineering firm, where he led energy programs and client partnerships nationwide. He has overseen the design and construction of more than 11,000 EV charging projects across the U.S. James helped establish DVM to deliver a single, turnkey solution that unites engineering, design, and implementation, driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer success.

Senior Vice President of Operations at DVM Industries, brings over 15 years of experience in the energy efficiency sector. He has led the development and execution of large-scale energy programs, including roles as Deputy Program Manager for Con Edison’s Multifamily team and Co-Manager of the Small to Medium Business program. With a proven track record of delivering measurable energy savings across New York City and Westchester, Jonathan has managed projects for major clients such as HSBC and Family Dollar.

Vice President of the Lighting Division at DVM Industries, brings over 35 years of experience in electrical engineering and lighting design. He leads large-scale LED and control system projects across transportation and architectural markets. Throughout his career, he has directed the design and installation of high-end lighting systems for major infrastructure projects nationwide, including Hudson Yards, One Vanderbilt, and multiple transit systems.
Marty Gaon
Vice President of Lighting & Controls
Vice President of Renewables at DVM, brings over 12 years of experience in energy project management, engineering, and facility operations. Before joining DVM, he served as VP and General Manager for the NYISO market at the nation’s largest demand response provider, leading large-scale energy and distributed resource initiatives. Since joining DVM in 2023, he has driven national growth by overseeing facility and energy operations.
Patrick McChesney
Vice President of Renewables
Vice President and Head of National Facilities & Construction at DVM Industries, brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees operations for over 20 national clients, managing a portfolio of 5,000+ properties across the U.S. Before joining DVM, Kevin served as COO of a large multi-state construction firm. Recognized as an industry expert in construction management and risk mitigation.

Vice President of Facilities & National Accounts
Vice President of Electrical Construction & Safety at DVM Industries, brings over 35 years of experience in electrical design, installation, and project management. His portfolio spans retail, multifamily, hospitality, medical, commercial, and public works projects ranging from $25K to over $20 million. Since joining DVM in 2024, Ken has focused on ensuring code compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Kenneth Wrenn
Vice President of Electrical Construction
Fire Alarm Division Vice President at DVM Industries, brings over 35 years of experience in electrical and life safety systems. A Master Electrician and NICET Level II certified professional, he has led large-scale commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects across the New York Metro Area. At DVM, Anthony oversees the design, installation, and commissioning of advanced fire alarm and safety systems.
