Founded in 1956, the 59-acre GE Leadership Development Center campus provides education and corporate training to employees and partners.

The project included the replacement of existing motor technology with EC Motors plus Thermostats to improve performance and efficiency DVM Insutries performed the following:

• Retrofitted existing 248 Shaded Pole Motors with 248 EC Technology motors
• Applied for utility incentives to offset the project costs.
• Installation of Thermostats
